About the role:
Respiratory Fit Mask Testers responsible for conducting the fit testing procedure for staff using a variety of N95/P2 respirators to ensure an adequate fit for the wearer. Duties include:
Coordinate and carry out Quantitative Fit Testing
Maintain a customer focused and professional approach at all times
General administration & reporting
Compliance and adherence with policies and procedures
Adhere to and promote continuous improvement of the Quality and Safety Management System
Recommend and implement system and procedural improvements
Actively contribute to a safe and equitable workplace by utilising safe work practices and following policies and procedures
Skills & experience:
Possession of a smartphone, current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle is essential
Covid vaccinated and evidence
Current or willingness to apply for National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control measures and Hygiene Standards
Sound communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate a computer tablet and equipment
Ability to follow established policies and procedures
Ability to work autonomously under limited supervision
Accountable for work performed with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to customer service with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships and ensure delivery of a consistent, efficient and high quality service.
Experience or an understanding of RPE Fit Testing or a health care environment highly desirable
