We are a South Australian recruitment agency specialising in recruitment within the Early Childhood Community. Our Head of Early Years Recruitment is a specialist in the industry and is dedicated to sourcing staff with a passion for providing high quality service. We are experiencing a high demand for casual cooks and are offering a $200 bonus to candidates who join the Entrée Early Years temp team.

About the roles:

Our relief cooks are responsible for preparing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in a variety of child care centres across the Adelaide region. Casual relief work through an agency provides you with a stepping stone into a career in hospitality and education or the opportunity to stay invigorated by experiencing different child care centre environments and menus. You are able to pick and choose the days you are available to work on any given week and your Recruitment Consultant works as your guardian to actively secure work for you.

Skills and experience:

We are looking for a team of experienced cooks, preferably with cooking experience in a child care centre who have a passion for children's meal preparation. With an ability to multitask and work under pressure you will have demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling procedures and strong attention to detail, ensuring that you are able to meet allergy and dietary requirements, as well as being sensitive to the cultural needs of the children. You will also be required to hold a food safety certificate as well as a police clearance.
