About the role:
Due to growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Support Officer to work alongside one of our Senior Consultants, Ruth Haren. In this busy and diverse role, you will be providing vital one on one support and partnering with Ruth, her clients and candidates to maintain the level of service excellence we strive for. You will be the administration backbone of the partnership, enabling Ruth to focus on her clients and candidates.
- Diary and email management
- Taking telephone job briefings from clients
- Taking telephone enquiries from candidates
- Reference checking
- Confirming interviews
- Preparing advertising copy and posting on relevant websites
- Client meeting preparation
- Preparation of reports and statistics for client presentations
- CV preparation and formatting
- Assisting Ruth with client management
- Career advice and counseling to candidates
- Administration related to temporary and permanent placements
- Supporting Ruth with candidate talent searches
- Reviewing applications and phone screening
- Interviewing candidates
Skills & experience:
A challenging and reactive role, no two days will be the same. Your day will be full of strict deadlines, telephone and email requests, liaising with candidates and clients and anything and everything that is administration related. This role requires someone who can think on their feet and thrive in a corporate fast paced environment. You will be committed to customer service excellence and be able to juggle conflicting tasks and priorities. Thinking outside the square and working under pressure will all be familiar to you and it is essential that you have worked within a fast paced administration role. This role offers real opportunity in the recruitment industry therefore, you will ideally have an interest in recruitment/human resources.
