About the role:
Reporting to the vibrant and passionate Head of Early Years Recruitment, this integral role will see you supporting the division in both a recruitment and administrative function. Utilising your people skills, empathy and understanding, you will be responsible for building solid client and candidate relationships and use your powers of negotiation and tenacity to secure positive outcome for all parties. Managing multiple priorities and the ability to think on your feet is a must for this role. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and interviewing suitable educators, reference checking, rostering and scheduling bookings, writing business proposals, managing two busy Outlook mailboxes, supporting the Head of Early Years Recruitment as well as general administration. Your passion for the Early Childhood industry, meticulous work ethic and previous recruitment or scheduling experience will see you shine in this role and compliment the existing Entrée Early Years Recruitment success, contributing to the ongoing growth of the division.
Skills & experience:
- Strong administration skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- Dedication to quality customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Quick learning ability and ability to take on feedback
- A background within the Early Childhood industry (preferred but not essential)
