About the company:
A leader within aged care services, this not for profit organisation is highly respected for the provision of quality services to older people. They currently require an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide support for organisational recruitment activities.
About the role:
Supporting the organisational recruitment state-wide, the role is a busy and complex balancing act that will suit a strong administrator with substantial experience in either internal or external recruitment. This particular role is offered on a temporary basis to cover leave, however, for the successful candidate there are opportunities for ongoing temporary or permanent employment with our clients.
Duties:
To be successful, you will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience in recruitment or human resources together with the ability to interact with a wide range of people.
Duties will include responding to telephone and email enquiries, coordination of interviews, medicals and testing, assistance with the initial screening of applicants including short-listing, telephone screening and reference checking, document management and database maintenance, disseminating recruitment reports and forms to sites and payroll, checking client feedback from managers daily and responding. There is also a strong administrative responsibility in document creating and word processing.
Skills & experience:
Working in a fast paced environment, you will be organised, computer literate and efficiently able to manage a high volume of applications. Highly developed organisational skills mean you can track compliance paperwork for all applications as they move through the hiring process.
Previous recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
