  • $35 per hour.

About the company:

Operating as a not for profit organization, this disability service provider is a vibrant, innovative and progressive organisation supporting people with a disability.  They are based in Brighton, within walking distance of the beach.  Due to a project, this organisation currently have a need for a Reconciliations Officer to join their team for a 3 month contract.

About the role:

The main scope of the project will be to reconcile a large rental ledger, this will include reconciling all rental payments, raise adjustment invoices, creating and updating of new accounts and data entry of payments.

Skills & experience:

It is essential that you have experience working in an Accounts Receivable role with specific experience reconciling a large volume of accounts and payments.  You will be required to work to tight timeframes and must be able to display strong skills working to deadlines and highly developed organization skills.  You will have competency across all MS Office applications and strong data entry skills. It is essential that you hold a DHS-Disability Employment Screening clearance and National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
