About the role:
We are seeking a part time Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join this small team. The hours will be Mondays and Tuesdays 8:30am – 4pm
Duties will include:
- Processing phone orders
- Answering phone enquiries about the products
- Entering orders into WooCommerce
- Printing labels
- Using Xero to raise invoices
Skills & experience:
The ideal candidate will have experience in Reception, primarily in a phone based role. Some experience in a sales environment will be highly advantageous. A high level of communication skills, especially on the phone, will allow you to succeed in this role.
