About the role:
This position incorporates all aspects of reception and administration in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for managing appointments and schedules, managing payments and finance reconciliation, record management and data entry, you will be able to multitask without compromising attention to detail. A self-starter, you will maintain the highest of standard communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Proficient across multiple computer programs and systems, the role requires a quick learner who is adaptable and flexible.
Duties:
- Managing high volume and sensitive phone calls and visits
- Scheduling client appointments across various programs
- Preparing letters and relevant information packs for clients
- Processing EFT/cash payments and managing finance reconciliations
- Coordinating and managing bookings for courses
- Collecting and recording data in accordance with relevant processes
- Undertaking all aspects of the administration services role
Skills & experience:
To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a fast-paced reception or administrative position as well as high-quality customer service skills. Additional qualities required include superior written and verbal communication skills, enthusiasm and a positive demeanour. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a pro-active team, collaborating on creative problem solving to meet organisational needs. Possessing good initiative, you will be able to contribute to the ongoing success of the administration team. Advanced skills in the MS Office suite are essential.
