About the role:
Due to the retirement of a long serving employee, we are recruiting a full time Receptionist/Accounts Administrator to join the team at Routleys. This role will involve back office reception duties and directing phone calls to the appropriate person. The role will also involve supporting the Senior Accounts Officer with accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
Skills & experience:
Integral to the success of the role is impeccable customer service skills and a warm and friendly phone manner. You will have experience with managing multiple phone calls at once, with efficiency and professionalism. Also essential is some experience in accounts administration and high-level skills in the MS Office suite.
