About the role:
You will enjoy a diverse and varied position, being the first port of call for clients contacting YDR while also providing administrative support across the business. A natural “doer”, you will maintain a high standard of communication and customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
- Answering and managing incoming calls
- Monitoring the main email inbox and distributing or actioning emails
- Setting up new claims on claims management system
- Client liaison
- Mail distribution
- Other general administrative support including typing, word processing and report creation
Skills & experience:
To excel in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a busy reception or administrative position as well as high-quality customer service skills. Proficient across multiple computer programs and systems, the role requires a self starter who is adaptable and flexible.
Additional qualities required include sound written and verbal communication skills, a can-do attitude and a positive demeanour. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a proactive team, being accountable for accurate, timely record-keeping and ensuring that information is relayed correctly and quickly.
The successful candidate will need to obtain a satisfactory national police check.
