About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen to join the team at ADC in a part time receptionist role in a contract until the end of 2023. The position involves the reception and administrative duties for the company. It includes support to be provided to the Project Management and Accounting functions. A job share arrangement, this person is required to work Thursdays and Fridays.
The position requires a commitment to quality service. Discretion and confidentiality attributes are essential.
Filing and maintenance of the filing system, including archiving
Reception and answering phones
Incoming and outgoing mail duties, including couriers
Printing and stationery control
Compiling and binding reports, including Executive Meeting reports
Skills & Experience:
1 year experience in a reception role
Commitment to quality and service
Discretion and confidentiality attributes
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
