About the role:
This full-time, permanent Receptionist position will see you reporting to the HR Corporate Services Manager while working in a reception team of two. You will provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone, as well as support the administration team in this customer-facing role.
Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service to patients
Support the administration team
Welcome and greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer telephone enquiries
Process payment appointments
Ensure correct documentation is compiled for the doctors
Skills & experience:
You will have a warm and patient demeanour
Display an excellent phone manner
Proven customer service experience
Organisation skills
Efficient and systems savvy
Experience in managing a high volume of calls is desirable
No experience required in medical/health
