About the role:
Reporting to the HR Corporate Services Manager and working in a reception team of two, this customer facing role will see you provide exemplary customer service to patients in person and on the phone as well as supporting the administration team.
Key tasks will include greeting patients as they arrive for appointments, taking telephone enquiries and transferring calls to the relevant client services team, taking payments, calling patients prior to appointments for COVID screening and ensuring correct documentation is compiled for the Doctors.
Skills & experience:
As the face of Pulse Anaesthetics, you will be professional and well presented with a warm and patient demeanour and excellent phone manner. The successful candidate will have proven customer service experience and display a calm and personable disposition with exceptional communication skills. You will be dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest level of service as well as highly organised, efficient and systems savvy. Experience working in a role where you are managing a high volume of calls is highly desirable.
