CMAX is positioned in Adelaide opposite the new Royal Adelaide Hospital and as such is part of the innovative BioMed City precinct.

About the role:

A need has arisen for a part time Receptionist to join the team. This role is required to work Monday to Friday from 12pm – 5:15pm. As the first point of contact for stakeholders, it is imperative that the receptionist creates a professional impression through the provision of high quality service and assistance both on the phone and in person. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Receptionist will also be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. 

Skills & experience:

We are seeking applicants who have experience in a high volume reception. The successful candidate will be professionally presented and have exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal. Due to the nature of the business, a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality is imperative. Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite will also be required.
