About the company:
Wakefield ENT Clinic is the main consulting rooms of Dr Sam Arena, who is a specialist Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon. His practice includes general adult and paediatric ENT. Along with his consulting at Wakefield St in the city he also consults from the Western Hospital at Henley Beach, and the Krishnan Medical Centre at Salisbury. He also holds a senior teaching position at the Royal Adelaide Hospital where he trains and teaches the next generation of ENT Surgeons.
About the role:
Key Tasks include; front of house reception duties, meeting and greeting of patients, booking of appointments, answering of phones, billing and receipting of invoices and data entry of patient information. Administration duties include liaising with hospitals, for patients surgery bookings, typing of correspondence, filing and general adhoc administration support.
Skills & experience:
As we are a small team we are looking for someone who enjoys customer service, has a flexible work attitude and is reliable. You will be highly organised, efficient and be able to work independently as well as within a small team. Intermediate MS Word and MS Outlook skills are essential for this role. Previous customer service experience is desirable. Administrative training will be provided.
