About the role:
You will enjoy a diverse and varied position, being the first point of contact for customers at reception and over the phone whilst also providing administrative support across the business. You will be responsible for scheduling site inspections as well as setting up reports and maintaining documentation for these. As an active participant in the team you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the role and processes and procedures across the wider business.
Skills & experience:
You will have a proven track record in providing a high level of customer service. Your experience in a booking or scheduling environment will assist you to coordinate the busy schedule of inspections and an ability to juggle multiple demands and react to the changing needs is essential to success. Ideally you will have experience in the property industry enabling you to understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.
