About the role:
You will be responsible for undertaking a range of project coordination duties that will oversee the project from start to completion. Provide high level project and operational support and liaise with wider teams across the organisation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage the election process for staff and members
Liaise with HR and other internal teams, and communicate the election process
Provide project officer support to the Policy Review Project
Monitor the legislative compliance app used by the organisation and liaise with the legal team
Load data on the intranet (this including policies and other information)
Process invoices for the Legal and Council Services Unit
Coordinate and test documents as required
Skills & experience:
We are looking for candidates with significant project coordination or project management experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and great attention to detail.
