The People & Culture unit is respected for contributing to a cohesive, communication-driven culture and is seeking an experienced full-time People & Culture Advisor to join their dynamic, close-knit team of 3.
About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Advisor is a true HR generalist role and involves a diverse range of duties within a fast-paced, supportive environment. However, the most pivotal aspect is the management of the Human Resources Information Management System (HRIMS) and provision of HR metrics and reporting.
Other aspects of the role include delivering recruitment and retention strategies, providing employment relations advice and case management, leading benchmarking and annual remuneration reviews, as well as playing an active role in other People & Culture projects and activities.
Skills & experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a human resources generalist or analyst role in a similar corporate organisation and have prior experience working with a HRIMS. The reporting and analytics aspects of the role will come naturally to you due to your savviness with systems and great attention to detail. Your passion for building strong relationships as well as your organisation skills will see you excel in coordinating end to end recruitment and delivering positive outcomes in an ever-changing environment.
