About the company:

This respected transport company expanded their operations to Western Australia in 2019. Now establishing a physical presence near the Perth CBD, this opportunity begins as a temporary, casual undertaking with Entrée Recruitment. However, the ideal situation would be one in which permanent employment results.

An exciting period of growth, the role of Office / Accounts Administrator is pivotal to ensuring the smooth administrative functions of the business.

About the role:

With a mix of customer service and administration, you will be liaising with customers and other stakeholders over the phone, via email and in person. Working in a busy and fast-paced environment, you will enjoy variety and autonomy in your role. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries and setting up new accounts
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank statement reconciliations
  • General administration, reporting and data entry
  • Purchasing
  • Stocktake and stock control

Skills & experience:

With proven ability to work autonomously, you will be a self-starter, possessing good initiative and problem solving abilities. You will enjoy providing outstanding customer service and working with people from all walks of life. With fast and accurate data entry skills and intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills, you will demonstrate experience in undertaking Accounts Receivable duties. Fundamentally you will be a calm and efficient operator.
