About the role
Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Office Manager will play a key role in providing professional, friendly, and timely service to Adelaide Health Care patients. The part time role will require flexibility to work within the roster system between 7:30am-7:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am-1:00pm on Saturday.
Duties
Manage the Administration team to ensure exceptional and timely customer service
Coordinate and maintain staff roster
Oversee regular team meetings and follow up on issues raised
Administrative support to the Practice Manager as required
Projects and administrative duties as required

Skills & experience
Experience in an Office Manager or similar role in a medical environment highly regarded
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to build rapport to sustain positive relationships among peers, team and management
Ability to provide exceptional patient care and operate with a high level of accuracy
Experience using Best Practice highly desirable
