inhousing is an innovative housing provider focused on the needs of people living with disability. We believe that individuals can live with who they choose, in environments where they have power, choice and control. We achieve this by constructing and renting fantastic independent living homes across Adelaide, metro and some regional areas. Tenants live in their own home and can access any daily living support arrangements, provided by a third-party service provider of their choice.

About the role:
Based at Reception and responsible for this vital function, as well as assisting the fast-paced Chief Operational Officer (COO), this multifunctional role supports not only their undertakings but, manages the office generally in terms of housekeeping as well as policy and process. The responsibilities of this role extend to include governance support for the Board and multiple committees.
Duties include:
- Front facing Reception
- Development and management of office policies and templates
- Coordination and curation of file management systems
- Office and IT supplies management and maintenance coordination
- Hospitality and housekeeping
- Executive diary management
- Meeting preparation and coordination
- Executive correspondence management
- Strategy and project reporting
- Governance membership support and Board meeting support
- Research and content writing for memos, letters, reports and briefings
Skills & experience:
Consideration for this opportunity will require the applicant to have had previous success in a role supporting an executive at Board level. Success in supporting inhousing’s exceptional COO will require the ability to anticipate and plan ahead on their part. Staying a step ahead of this executive will be no mean feat and the successful EA will enjoy the respectful nature of the professional partnership as well as recognition for their contribution. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the drive to deliver on personal undertakings whilst working in a highly collaborative environment.
