About the role:
A blended position of Office Administration and Personal Assistant duties, this is an opportunity for a self-starter to make this role their own.
Duties will include:
Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Management team
Manage customer enquiries in a professional and positive manner via phone and email
Document control and management
Organisation and coordination of team meetings, travel bookings and social events as required
Provide quality and timely administrative support to CEO
Manage the CEO’s calendar to effectively manage competing demands
Proactive correspondence to emails and letters received
Preparation of agendas and minutes for internal and external meetings
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will have experience in a busy office administration role with the ability to manage competing deadlines in am ever changing work environment. A self starter with high energy and a willingness to help will be able to effectively perform in this diverse role. Your well developed planning and time management skills, coupled with strong written and verbal skills and a high level of computer literacy are the essential tools for this role.
