About the company:

This medical company has experienced substantial growth.  They are leaders in what they do and have an amazing administrative team who support them in their day-to-day operations. They now have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team.

About the role:

• Key tasks will include:

• Data entry of records and information

• Email and diary management

• Invoicing

• Answering of enquiries

• Liaising with various service providers

• Filing

• Database maintenance

• Ad hoc administration

Skills & experience:

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and have proven experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently.  You will display patience and empathy and have well developed interpersonal skills.  Organised and efficient you must also be a team player and thrive in working in a busy team environment. You will have fast and accurate data entry skills, computer literacy as well as strong attention to detail.  Applicants who have experience working in a service based, busy environment are encouraged to apply.
