Their focus is on dealing with companies and individuals in financial stress, turning them around where possible and working closely with stakeholders to maximise returns or minimise losses.
About the role:
Due to the retirement of a long standing staff member, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join the team at Macks Advisory. This full time role is responsible for the day to day running of the office.
Duties will include:
- General administration duties including data input, word processing and formatting and collating documents
- Management of archive accounts
- Debtor invoicing
- Planning and overseeing marketing events
- Lodgment of annual Statutory forms
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will have experience in an office all rounder role, with skills in administration, finance and marketing. An ability to work independently under minimal supervision will be the key to success in this role. You will be self-directed and self-motivated and willing to help out where needed. You will have strong organisational skills, outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and MYOB as well as the ability to pick up new systems is essential.
