This medical company has experienced substantial growth.  They are leaders in what they do and have an amazing administrative team who support them in their day to day operations. They now have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their team.

About the role:

Key tasks will include:

  • Data entry of records and information
  • Email and diary management
  • Invoicing
  • Answering of enquiries
  • Liaising with various service providers
  • Filing
  • Database maintenance
  • Ad hoc administration

Skills & experience:

The successful candidate will have proven administration experience and have proven experience working in a fast paced environment where priorities change frequently.  You will display patience and empathy and have well developed interpersonal skills. 

Organised and efficient you must also be a team player and thrive in working in a busy team environment. You will have fast and accurate data entry skills, computer literacy as well as strong attention to detail.  Applicants who have experience working in a service based, busy environment are encouraged to apply.
