With a true member focused culture, the Member Services team provides superior customer service for both internal and external customers. Due to ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive engagement and provide leadership and direction to ensure KPIs are met.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Member Services, this newly created role is responsible for leading the Member Services Team and supporting the operational management of the contact centre and Super Hub. With a key focus on ongoing learning, personal growth and knowledge sharing across the business, the Team Leader will mentor and develop the Member Services Team to ensure performance targets for accuracy, efficiency and quality are met or exceeded. Working closely with the Head of Member Services, this role will contribute positively to delivering key project objectives, performance targets and change management.
Skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years proven leadership experience within a customer service or contact centre setting. With a natural ability to build positive relationships and effectively influence and engage a team, you will demonstrate a passion for continual growth and development and be confident in undertaking both formal and informal performance management. Key to your success will be your ability to be flexible and effectively manage change in an ever changing, agile work environment.
Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry will be advantageous.
