Team Administrator – Full Time:

We are now seeking to engage a Team Administrator to join our high performing team. This is a busy and diverse role where you will be the first point of contact for all candidates and provide administration support to our team of Consultants and the business.  Duties will include answering and directing all incoming calls and online chat, greeting visitors, updating the CRM and sending email interview and placement confirmations, assisting with job briefs and briefing candidates on temporary and permanent roles, preparing documentation for client meetings and website advertising.

Skills & Experience:

A challenging and reactive role, no two days will be the same. Your day will be full of strict deadlines, liaising with candidates and clients and anything and everything that is administration related. This role requires someone who can think on their feet; you need to thrive in a corporate fast paced environment. You will be committed to customer service excellence and be able to juggle conflicting tasks and priorities. Working to tight deadlines, thinking outside the square and working under pressure will all be familiar to you. It is essential that you have worked within a fast-paced administration role and you ideally have an interest in recruitment/human resources.

Marketing/Social Media Coordinator – Part Time-Flexible Hours/Days:

The Marketing/Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager to develop engaging and innovative social media, video and marketing initiatives.  Duties will include monitoring and managing all social media pages for Entrée Recruitment and Entrée Early Years

Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, designing and monitoring online posts, creation of video production and postproduction editing, writing and posting regular blogs and content, updating and maintaining our website, implementing strategies to promote new services as the business expands, event management and measurement and reporting on all social media and marketing campaigns.

Skills & experience:

A creative, motivated and hands-on individual, you live and breathe social media and marketing.  Combining your knowledge and understanding of social media and engagement strategies across all platforms, you will ensure superior customer engagement as well as being focused on continuing to build our brand through social media and marketing initiatives.  You will display key skills in time management, attention to detail and the drive to make things happen and you will enjoy working autonomously and as part of a larger team.  It is essential that you have experience in digital/social media and it would be desirable that you have qualifications in marketing.  Marketing graduates are encouraged to apply.
