About the role:
With continuing rapid growth, an opportunity now presents for an experienced Loans Processing Coordinator to join their expanding and close-knit team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for accurately processing loan applications, obtaining applicants financial information and liaising with insurance brokers. You will have effective time management, a professional phone manner and thorough attention to detail.
Duties:
Processing loan applications
Responding to daily client enquiries
Analysing applicants’ financial status and credit history
Obtaining client documentation
Liaising with insurance brokers
Updating client information into database
Skills & experience:
Effective time management and organisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough attention to detail
Professional phone manner
Commitment to relationship management and retention of clients
Strong administrative and procedural skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks
