About the role:
An exciting opportunity for a Internal Sales & Administration role is available within the Adelaide team. This position is a mix of internal sales and customer support and is ideal for a tech savvy candidate. Duties may include:
Assist customers with counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing, and product enquiries
Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information
Explain and demonstrate product features
Provide customer technical support
Contribute to the customer service team by assisting senior sales staff
Process sales orders, communicate expected delivery date and advise possible out of stock items
What we need:
A love of supporting external clients
A willingness to learn about new products
Excellent customer service, ideally within a SME
Ability to quickly adapt to new software
Fast, accurate data entry
Organisation & the ability autonomously manage multiple conflicting timelines
