About the role:

A part time, temporary opportunity has emerged for an experienced Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Administrator to join this small, dedicated team. Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will provide administrative support across the organisation. You will have a major focus to administer systems associated with compliance to the HSE Management System and assist the HSE Manager to implement approved HSE systems and processes.

Duties include:

• HSE Inductions
• In Vehicle Management System assurance and reporting
• HSE/Emergency Response Training database management
• Landholder change notifications
• Personal Protective Equipment inventory
• Supplier prequalification
• HSE system administration
• Audit, compliance, and governance processes

You will also assist with general administration including meeting preparation and reception cover if administration staff are unavailable.

Skills & experience:

Experience in a similar administrative role within a commercial business environment is highly desirable. Especially relevant is experience within engineering, legal or other professional services. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal will be essential to smooth your way into this team and externally. Advanced use of the MS Excel and analytical skills are also required. High level organisation, the ability to work autonomously as well as forward planning will further support your success.
