About the company
This not for profit company is currently seeking a highly motivated and organised HR Administrator to join their successful team. It highly values their people and skills and provides a staff-oriented, supportive environment with challenging daily tasks to stimulate you.
About the role
2 months assignment including:
- Administration of HR data including personal details, performance management records and maintenance of staff and volunteer personnel files
- General HR administration duties
- Receive, sort and catalogue all incoming applications
- Acknowledge receipt of all incoming applications
- Schedule interviews between candidates and relevant managers
- Send outcome emails / letters to all unsuccessful applicants
- Conduct reference checks for short-listed applicants
- Arrange pre-employment testing as required
- Assemble new staff and volunteer starter packages
- Coordinate induction sessions for all new staff and volunteers
- Assist with coordinating mandatory staff and volunteer training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential for this role
Skills & experience
You will need to have proven experience within human resources and/or recruitment and be confident to hit the ground running. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills are essential and you must have proficiency across all MS office applications. NPC is also required, or willingness to obtain one.
