About the role:

Working alongside a passionate CEO you will thrive on making things happen. Every day will be different with your duties including complex diary and calendar management, preparing presentations, writing and drafting of correspondence, meeting and travel coordination, board and executive meeting preparation including preparation of board packs and minute taking, coordination of functions and general administration support to the corporate and executive team.

Skills & experience:

The successful candidate will be immediately available and have proven experience in all facets of providing high level executive support. Displaying a calm and personable disposition you will be values driven and demonstrate that you use a proactive approach to ensure the CEO is best equipped at all times. Polished communication skills will see you able to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organisation and advanced written skills will ensure that the various forms of correspondence for the CEO and executive team are of the highest quality. Intermediate to advanced MS office skills across all packages is essential.
