About the role:
Having recently, successfully added to the EA team, a rare subsequent opportunity to be a part of the Iconic organisation has arisen. Based in Mile End and offering some work from home opportunities, the position of Executive Assistant (EA) will complete a welcoming and professional team of four EAs, all reporting to the supportive Senior Manager Corporate. Each EA aides several General Managers, as a high-level business partner to manage administrative activities, board, and committee responsibilities.
Duties include:
Inbox, calendar and correspondence management
Drafting presentations and reports
Attend meetings, take minutes and actions
Complete travel management
Board committee agenda preparation and paper preparation
Skills & experience:
The ideal candidate has proven recent experience in a senior administrative role, supporting a team or an individual and is confident in their secretarial skills. RAA seek applicants who can comfortably minute meetings and manage the administrative support required by high-level committees and their relevant meetings. Strengths in the MS Office suite and Typing will further support success.
