About the company:
This values-based not for-profit organisation, conveniently located in the Adelaide CBD, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administration support to the CEO.
Due to personal leave, this role is offered on a part-time, temporary basis (3-4 days per week), for 2 months, potentially longer. Ideally commencing on 10th January 2022.
About the role:
Working alongside a passionate CEO you will thrive on making things happen. Every day will be different with your duties including diary and email management, document preparation, travel coordination, Board and meeting preparation including minute taking and general administration support.
Skills & experience:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in all facets of providing high level executive support. Displaying a friendly and down-to-earth disposition you will be values driven and demonstrate that you use a proactive approach to ensure the CEO is best equipped at all times. Diverse stakeholder experience will see you able to build successful working relationships at all levels. Intermediate to advanced MS office skills across all packages is essential.
