About the company
This not for profit organisation provides aged care and retirement living services in South Australia. Highly respected for the provision of quality services to older people, they currently require several temporary Customer Service Officers for an urgent project.
About the role
As a temporary Customer Service Officer, you will be assigned the main task of contacting existing clients with a structured survey. You will then update client records to ensure accuracy.
These roles operate in a fast-paced team environment and work to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers.
Skills & experience
Withe every customer interaction, you will impart your passion for active listening, problem solving and superior customer service and use empathy to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You will possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written and be able to work quickly with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
