About the role:
With continuing rapid growth, an opportunity now presents for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their expanding and close-knit team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to clients, prospects and referrers through telephone and email correspondence. Additionally, you will manage and create payment plans, ensuring the appropriate procedures are followed.
Duties:
Answering inbound calls
Actioning client requests
Providing a high level of customer service
Monitoring work queues
Managing payment plans
Updating client information into database
Skills & experience:
Effective time management and organisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thorough attention to detail
Professional phone manner
Commitment to relationship management and retention of clients
Strong administrative and procedural skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks
