About the Role:
The role of Receptionist is a full-time, permanent position and represents the TFI brand. The receptionist will ensure the smooth running of a dynamic workplace. This position consists of reception, office management and administration responsibilities.
Professionally greet & support visitors, & manage the switchboard
Hospitality, catering & housekeeping
Coordinate & manage meetings and rooms
Manage & order supplies
Mail & couriers
Clerical & administrative support incl. document management
Coordinate staff meat orders & provide relevant reporting
Act as Emergency Warden & First Aid Officer for the Adelaide Office
Experience in a similar position
8am - 4.30pm, Mon – Friday commitment
MS Suite and keyboard proficiencies
Excellence in time management and communication
SA Drivers licence and the willingness to train in First Aid
