About the role:
An opportunity has arisen for a part time Clinic Administrator to join the team. Working autonomously, you will be a crucial first point of contact for the Clinic, ensuring that all clients’ needs are met with professionalism, positivity and empathy.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Providing customer service over the phone and in person
Giving information about the Clinic’s services to clients and assisting them to resolve queries
Processing payments and ensuring payment plans are up to date
Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Clinic, including monitoring supplies and general presentation of the environment
Supporting clinicians and responding to their needs
Ad hoc administration tasks and project work as required
Skills & experience:
As an experienced customer service professional, you will have a compassionate and caring approach as well as an ability to manage a variety of situations. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and an ability to learn new technology skills is essential to success in this role. You will need to be adaptable and relatable to effectively support clinicians on a day-to-day basis. Working closely with the Director, you will possess a range of administration skills to assist with organising and coordinating. Medical reception experience is desirable but not essential.
