Due to continued growth, an opportunity for a Client Services Officer is available.
About the role
As the Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to a team of Financial Advisors. In addition, you will provide excellent front-line customer service while providing administrative support to the team and being a master of multiple priorities. Located in Wayville, this role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
Duties
Workflow management
Correspondence and client document preparation
Check and lodge documentation whilst meeting compliance requirements
Client review management including fee disclosure and opt in requirements
Database maintenance
Client liaison
Reception relief
Process and implement all advice
Skills & experience
Previous experience within financial planning and supporting multiple advisors
Sound knowledge of the financial planning industry
Working knowledge in direct equity administration is desirable
A genuine and personalised approach to customer service
Computer savvy with exposure to Xplan (or other financial planning package)
Experience in self-managed super funds (desirable but not essential)
Strong database management skills
Impeccable attention to detail
A qualification in Financial Planning and / or Finance, or currently studying towards a qualification, is desirable
