Bower Place Pty Ltd established in 1986 and located in Gawler Place, specialises in systemic practice within psychology, family therapy, counselling and mediation for a wide range of relationship, emotional, mental health and behavioural difficulties. Bower Place also provides training to a range of individuals and organisations. In addition to the Directors, Bower Place is made up of a linguistically diverse team of thirteen. About the role:
Reporting to the Practice and Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping all financial records and liaising with their external Accountant. Duties include accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, reimbursements, payroll and financial reporting. Additionally, there will be some ad hoc administration to support the Practice and Training Manager.

Bookkeeping using Xero software
Bank reconciliations
Invoicing
Credit Control
Reimbursements
Payroll
Financial reporting
BAS and IAS calculation
