Pulse Anaesthetics is a leading medical specialist practice that is committed to providing the highest quality service and is at the forefront of its field of expertise. They now have an opportunity for an Administrator (Bookings & Accreditation) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the HR Corporate Services Manager, this position supports the central administration function of Pulse Anaesthetics, working with the bookings department. A varied, reactive, and fast paced role, your responsibilities are varied and interesting.

• Co-ordinate and administer all aspects of the booking function

• Liase with doctors, hospitals and surgeons regarding theatre lists and procedures

• Daily updates to doctors on their upcoming theatre lists

• Filing of all correspondence and documentation

• Recording of all communication

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance of all doctor’s certificates and accreditations

• Answering of general phone enquiries 

Skills & experience:

• Proven administration experience

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

• Display a calm and personable disposition

• Values driven

• Proactive approach to work 

• Ability to deal with sensitive confidential information

• Well developed skills across all MS office packages

• Desirable you have previous experience within a medical/health environment, but this is not essential
