About the Role:
This full-time permanent role reports to the Managing Director and works within a small administration team. Making the role your own, you will provide administrative support across all areas of the business. A varied role, you will have exposure and opportunity to learn all aspects of the services this unique company delivers.
Duties:
Answer phone enquiries from schools and parents
Coordinate couriers and mail dispatch
Process payments
Assist with general direction of tasks within the administration team
Be the ‘go to’ administrator and support the departments as needed
Skills & Experience:
Previous administration or reception exposure
A demonstrated ‘hands on’ approach to tasks
Initiative and proactive working style
Natural leader and organiser in the team
