About the role:
Be responsible for undertaking a range of administrative and finance tasks to support the research activities of the Institute and provide high level customer service to key stakeholders. The finance functions will cover credit card reconciliations, accounts payables and receivables.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Administrative and finance functions
Client and staff support via telephone, email, and face to face
Coordination of travel bookings and accommodation
Event and workshop coordination and support
Skills & experience:
We are looking for a people-oriented candidate with fantastic organisational skills and the ability to prioritise their time under pressure. The successful candidate will have advanced computer skills using all programs in the Microsoft Office suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance administration and will have an experience working in a team-based environment.
