About the role:

We are seeking 2 people for these pivotal admin roles. One is offered on a 6 month contract and the other on a 12 month contract. The roles will be responsible for coordinating a number of administrative aspects of the program, including coordinating travel schedules and liaising with stakeholders to arrange appointments.  

Skills & experience:

We are seeking candidates with a strong administrative background, particularly with coordination experience who enjoys following established procedures and processes. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a highly developed attention to detail and accurate data entry.
