About the role:

This role provides audio typing and administrative support for a team of loss adjusters, including setting up claims, typing reports, answering phones, sending emails, and updating the client management system.

With a key focus being setting up new claims on the system and typing of reports from dictation (audio typing), the role requires a high attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures to ensure accurate outcomes.

Skills & experience:

To excel in this role, you will be a natural “doer” and it is essential you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a role that has required audio typing. Fast and accurate typing speed as well as excellent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, the role requires someone with an orderly and efficient approach who can confidently work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Additional qualities required include sound written and verbal communication skills, an excellent phone manner and a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will need to obtain a satisfactory national police check.
