About the role:

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the Administration Assistant will compliment a high achieving team of five who support the management and project teams in the Adelaide practice of over forty people. The role encompasses administrative support for projects, hospitality and housekeeping, secretarial support, records management, and bookings and coordination assistance.

Key Duties:

• Studio reception
• Meeting room management, meeting coordination and hospitality / catering
• Fleet maintenance and office supply management
• Project administration, document creation, typing and data entry
• Travel and accommodation booking
• Database and records management
• Meeting minutes
• Training coordination
• General and ad hoc assistance

Skills & experience:

Applications are encouraged from candidates with recent, successful experience in team administration. The successful candidate will have proven abilities in pro-active management of multiple workflows and will be able to display strong initiative. Intermediate MS Office suite skills will be called upon regularly and fast, accurate typing is absolutely essential. Effective time management, excellence in written and verbal communication as well high-level attention to detail are all skills necessary to meet the expectations of this high performing practice. Either a Provisional or Full Australian license is required for this role.
