About the role:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the primary objective of this position will be to provide high level administrative assistance and support a small team of employees. You will undertake projects and research, assisting with the review of processes and systems and the development of written procedures.
Providing support to the Office Manager
Processing visitation requests
Collating and recording statistical information
Reception relief (on rotation within the team)
