About the role:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the primary objective of this position will be to provide high level administrative assistance and support a small team of employees. You will undertake projects and research, assisting with the review of processes and systems and the development of written procedures.

Duties:

• Providing support to the Office Manager

• Database input

• Processing visitation requests

• Collating and recording statistical information

• Organising travel

• Scheduling meetings

• Managing diaries

• Minute taking

• Reception relief (on rotation within the team)
