We now seek to appoint a dynamic and highly organised Accounts and Administration Officer to join the team.

About the role:

Based in the Head Office in Unley, only five minutes from the center of the Adelaide CBD, and with a strong focus on accounts payables and receivables, the Accounts and Administration Officer be an essential aspect to this small and busy team. Administration duties are varied as everyone pulls together to support one another.

Duties include:

• Accounts receivable and invoicing
• Reconciliations and receipting of remittances
• Consolidated invoicing to client groups
• Supporting clients regarding finance queries
• Online portal administration
• Internal and external liaison
• Database management
• Process improvements
• Ad hoc administration and projects

Skills & experience:

Candidates with a preference for high tech environments and the skills to work within them will best suit this future focused industry leader. Demonstrable excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database proficiency are sought. If you have experience in accounts and possess an impeccable eye for detail, your application is strongly encouraged.
