About the role:
Based in the Head Office in Unley, only five minutes from the centre of the Adelaide CBD, and with a focus on the management of the vendor portals, the Administration Officer will be an essential part of this small, professional team. Administration duties are varied as everyone pulls together to support one another.
Online portal administration
Processing work orders in the CRM
Supporting clients regarding queries
Internal and external liaison
Transactional accounts processing
Ad hoc administration and projects
Skills & experience:
Candidates with a preference for high tech environments and the skills to work within them will best suit this future focused industry leader. Demonstrable excellence in the Microsoft Office Suite is sought as is confidence in learning new systems. If you have administrative experience and possess an impeccable eye for detail, your application is strongly encouraged.
